  • The entity shall submit a separate application for each item of the Authority to be licensed by using the mark and filling out the forms prepared by the Authority for this purpose, along with presenting the quality manual used in the establishment of the goods for which the mark is required.
  • There is sufficient possibility to test the facility or conduct it in an accredited laboratory to ensure the quality of the goods according to the quality manual.
  • A division responsible for quality control of production.
  • The facility provides all the necessary facilities for the Authority and the important alerts during the inspection, and provide it with all the information, including the methods of quality control used and records of production and quality upon request.
  • Achieving the requirements of ISO 22000, including the requirements of HACCP.
  • The entity provides the Authority with an undertaking to validate all data.
